1. General Rules of Conduct:
- Behavior: It is forbidden to disturb, jump on other visitors, intentionally collide, disrespect lines, or make excessive noise.
- Respect for Employees: Respectful and polite treatment is mandatory with employees.
- Conflicts and Conduct: Fights, assaults, obscene scenes, excessive physical contact (including exchange of caresses), or any inappropriate behavior, in addition to criminal conduct, will be punished according to park regulations.
- Child Supervision: Children must be supervised by the responsible adult at all times. We have lifeguards at strategic points of the attractions .
- Personal Responsibility: Visitors must ensure their own safety and that of others.
- Use of Swim Diapers: Children must wear appropriate diapers.
2. Safety and Maintenance:
- Attraction Safety: Swimming in the attraction containment pools and water slides is prohibited.
- Maintenance and Closure: Attractions may be closed for maintenance, weather conditions, or events.
- Maintenance and Safety: The park reserves the right to carry out maintenance at the attractions without prior notice, in order to guarantee their safety in their use. In these cases, a refund of the ticket price will not be due.
- Disconnection of Equipment: The park reserves the right to turn off any equipment or cancel shows without notice.
- Power Shutdown: Attractions may be closed in the event of a power shutdown by the utility or force majeure situations.
3. Personal Items and Accessories:
- Document: Everyone must have personal documents to enter the park.
- Personal Accessories: Access to attractions with keys, cell phones, rings, necklaces, earrings, glasses, sneakers, slippers, or clothing with metal inserts is not allowed.
- Item Review: Bags and bags may be searched for safety.
- Prohibited Objects: It is not allowed to carry sharp objects, glass, chemical, explosive, or flammable products.
- Lost Objects: We are not responsible for items lost inside the park, outside the luggage rooms. Check the front desk to check out the lost and found section.
4. Food and Beverages:
- Food and Beverage Entry: Food and beverages are not allowed, except for thermos containing a maximum of 2 liters and up to 3 fruits per person (apple, banana, orange). Special feeding for children and for medical needs is allowed .
- Alcoholic Beverages: The purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
5. Specific Rules for Access and Use of Areas:
- Restricted Access: Access to opposite-sex restrooms, areas reserved for employees, and indoor areas described as “Prohibited Entry” is prohibited.
- Children's Transportation: Motorized children's transport cars are prohibited, except for infants and the disabled.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs for the visually impaired.
- Access for People with Reduced Mobility: Access for people with reduced mobility is allowed with a companion.
6. Miscellaneous Regulations
:- Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is prohibited in any area not indicated, as is access with hookah and similar objects.
- Sound: Sound devices, musical instruments and any means of noise that may disturb visitors too much are prohibited.
- Use of Narcotics: The use of narcotics is strictly prohibited.
- Carrying weapons: Only officers on duty are allowed to carry weapons at a designated location. It is strictly forbidden to carry weapons inside the park.
- Use of Furniture: It is forbidden to move tables, chairs and sun loungers arbitrarily.
- Suitable Clothing: Full or partial nudity and the use of transparent garments are prohibited.
- Valuable Objects: We are not responsible for any valuables or money on the park premises or inside the vehicles.
7. Emergencies and Warnings
:- Emergencies: Notify the lifeguard in case of accidents or malaise. The park has an outpatient clinic available throughout the period .
- Warnings and Guidelines: Pay attention to sound service warnings and obey guidance signs.
- Visitor Safety: The park is not responsible for accidents or incidents during the stay, and the visitor is responsible for their own safety.
8. Other Information:
- Departure and Return: It is allowed to leave and return to the park within 2 hours, with new identification bracelets.
- Resource Availability: Sun loungers, umbrellas, sporting goods, and lockers are not guaranteed.
- Image Registration: The park may use images for dissemination on social networks, media and printed matter, without compensation.
- Ticket Rescheduling: Rescheduling tickets or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your arrival at the park.
