• Entry of Food and Beverages: Not allowed, except for thermos of a maximum of 2 liters and up to 3 fruits per person (apple, banana, orange). Special feeding for children and for medical needs is allowed

• Smoking Prohibition: Smoking is prohibited in undesignated indoor areas.


• Prohibited Objects: It is not allowed to carry sharp objects, glass, chemical, explosive, or flammable products.


• Personal Accessories: It is not allowed to enter the attractions with keys, cell phones, rings, necklaces, glasses, sneakers, slippers, or clothes with metal inserts.


• Behavior: It is forbidden to disturb, jump on other visitors, intentionally collide, disrespect lines, make excessive noise.


• Attraction Safety: Swimming is prohibited in the landing areas of attractions and water slides.


• Use of Furniture: It is forbidden to move tables, chairs and sun loungers arbitrarily.


• Restricted Access: Access to opposite-sex restrooms, areas reserved for employees and indoor areas with “Prohibited Entry” is prohibited.


• Sound Volume: Loud sound from portable devices or musical instruments is prohibited.


• Appropriate Conduct: Prohibited from starring in sensual, obscene scenes, or inappropriate behavior.

• Image Registration: Park may use images for disclosure without compensation.


• Water slide safety: It is forbidden to put your hands out and go down on your feet.


• Vehicle Liability: Parque is not responsible for parked vehicles or objects left in them.


• Suitable Clothing: Full or partial nudity and the use of transparent garments are prohibited.


• Storage: Parque is not responsible for objects outside the storage rooms.


• Access to Personal Objects: Requires individual identification/key to remove objects from the locker.


• Remarking: The rescheduling of tickets or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your arrival at the park.
